1: What is one thing that the article CONFIRMED for you that you knew already?
-I agreed with the article that it's important to talk out your failures with people like your boss who can give you constructive advice on how to improve in the future.
2. What is at least one NEW thing that you learned that you didn't know before?
-I learned about how discussing your failures can help to humanize you as a person and make you a more approachable person. This is beneficial to a person in any position at work. Leaders and associates.
3. What is one thing you are now CURIOUS to explore and what are you going to do in order to act on that curiosity.
-I was challenged to do more in-person communication about failures. I love to talk behind a screen, whether that be through email, slack or text. It is easier for me to have harder conversations when I am doing it over one of these tools.
