Week 11 Reading B: Great Plains

The second part of the great plains unit contains a lot of ghost stories. I think that the cool thing about native american ghost stories is how much they have to do with ancestry. They have a rich history included in the stories that has been passed down from generation to generation. Reading it as a storyteller is difficult though, because I am not enriched with the same culture. I think it would be a challenging but really cool process to try and write a ghost story that is even close to being enriched with the native american culture.
