Health Challenge: Learn about sleep


1. What is one thing the article CONFIRMED for you that you knew already?
This article confirmed my idea that my body works better when I have more sleep. I find that I am generally in better health, better productivity and in a better mood when I have gotten more sleep.
2. What is at least one NEW thing that you learned that you did not know before?
While I knew that more sleep helps me personally, it was interesting to read about the concrete evidence they found in their research saying that people performed better when they had more sleep.
3. What is one thing you are now CURIOUS to explore and what are you going to do in order to act on that curiosity?
I am interested in finding a balance between getting enough sleep and staying up to study. I am curious if there is a perfect amount of time for sleep and studying that results in the best performance.
